We have segregated our services into two primary service lines: Consulting and Outsourcing. We are able to assist a client in driving change internally, as well as implement the changes directly on behalf of the client. In terms of outsourcing, Centaurus competencies range from simply providing advice on establishment of an Internal Shared Services Centre, on outsourcing to a third party, or we are able to outsource the relevant processes directly to our Offshore Delivery Centre in Tunisia. We specialize in Business Process Improvement and also offer Program and Project Management Consulting for those potential clients who wish to embed a stronger culture of project management methodology within their organization. Whatever the requirements may be, we want to make sure that our clients understand that Centaurus Consulting is a hands-on business and that we are committed to driving real change resulting in tangible benefits.
